The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will be the following:

To offer in-depth knowledge on a wide range of holidays (and business travel arrangements) to destinations all over the world. To work with the Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives to support the objectives of the department.


Key Skills

  • Good command of English/Spanish language.

  • Good customer care skills.

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge Airline reservations system.

  • Good all-round skills in MS Office applications and any other software used in the Travel Shop. Ability and willingness to learn any new tools brought into the department.

  • Technical awareness, i.e. able to comprehend the operating system environment used in the Travel Shop.

  • Ability to manage own time.

  • Ability to manage own project work.

  • Proactively seeking and sharing information with colleagues.


5 GCSE’s including English, Spanish and Mathematics.
