In our commitment to reaching sustainability, MH Bland is engaging with Travelife, a leading training, management, and certification initiative for tourism companies. Via Travelife, we aim to manage and improve social and environmental impacts by complying with sustainability criteria. We have begun the process with Calypso Tours by participating in the SUSTOUR Project.
This alms to foster the capacities and skills of our tour operators to assist us in improving our sustainable management and performance with the ultimate aim to attain our Travelife Certification. The project requires us to attend and implement training as well as develop our management systems, policies, standards, and solutions.
In an effort to become one of Gibraltar's leading Carbon Neutral Companies, the MH Bland Group, has entered into an initiative with World Kinect Energy Services via Gib Oil to offset the expected carbon emissions produced by all MH Bland Marine Services' vessels. This demonstrates MH Bland's continued commitment to de-carbonisation and neutralising its environmental impact through the contribution and support of green and sustainable projects.
